I am a PhD student in the Omenn-Darling Bioengineering Institute (ODBI) jointly in the Atkinson Lab and the Avalos Lab. I previously completed a BSc in Chemistry and a MRes in Bioengineering at Imperial College London where I did research from battery materials to yeast engineering. Now at Princeton, I’m eager to pursue my research interests in applying synthetic biology and protein engineering approaches to environmental sustainability applications such as biomining. Outside of the lab, I enjoy crocheting, playing board games and badminton.
